The ITC Innovation and Trend Center Bentwisch has supported business starters and young enterprises from Rostock region during their start in market and economy since August 1995.

We are a technology and industrial center funded by the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern that operates under the joint scheme “Improving regional business structures”. We contribute to start-up promotion, business promotion and technology transfer between business and science in the North of Germany, in direct vincinity to our federal state’s economic center.

To achieve a better placement of our region in international competition, the ITC has been actively involved into international EU projects in the Baltic Sea Region since 2007. We support the innovation systems of our partner regions. We accompany cultural exchange between regional economy and culture as international recommender and get inspired by our project partners. We promote international knowledge exchange in business, science and vocational training.

We are pleased to support international companies with getting in contact with our regional business networks and interacting with them here in our region. Due to our vincinity to our federal state’s economic center, the Hanseatic City of Rostock, and to the surrounding region, our technology centre has an excellent basis to mediate between various international regions.
